Dan Iman / Cagayan de Oro, Philippines

I build the systems that run quietly behind small businesses.

Lead capture, CRM, follow-up, booking, invoicing, reporting. The work nobody sees until it stops happening manually. Mostly US service businesses and lending operations.

Field service system for a dryer vent company

Service business

US home services operator. Built end to end on GoHighLevel.

Every job lived on a whiteboard and in one person's phone. Quotes were verbal, scheduling was a text thread, and follow-up depended on somebody remembering. The build turned the whole thing into one pipeline with automated notifications at each stage, so the office stopped being the system of record.

Job pipeline / stage automation

Before

  • Call comes in, written on a whiteboard
  • Quote given verbally, not recorded
  • Job scheduled over text
  • Invoice chased manually after the visit
  • Review request forgotten

After

  • Inquiry captured into one pipeline
  • Quote sent and logged against the job
  • Scheduling with automatic reminders
  • Invoice fires on job completion
  • Review request sent without anyone touching it

Built with GoHighLevel pipelines, custom fields, workflows, SMS and email automation

Document review tool for a private lender

AI in the workflow

Internal tool for a US private lending operation. Next.js and Supabase.

Loan conditions were cleared by reading every appraisal against a lender's guidelines by hand, page by page. The tool reads the document, checks it against the relevant guideline set, and flags what fails and why, so the human reviews exceptions instead of reading everything.

Guideline exceptions, flagged automatically

Before

  • Open the appraisal, read it start to finish
  • Cross-reference the guideline PDF by memory
  • Type up the condition list manually
  • Repeat for every file, every time

After

  • Document uploaded, parsed automatically
  • Checked against the matching guideline set
  • Failures flagged with the reason attached
  • Reviewer confirms exceptions only

Built with Next.js, Supabase, document parsing, LLM evaluation against structured guidelines

Loan origination system, built in house

Operations platform

Contributing developer on a lender's internal platform, including the HR module.

The business was running loan files across spreadsheets, email threads, and three separate tools that did not talk to each other. The platform pulled origination, processing, and internal HR onto one spine, so a file has one state and everyone is looking at the same thing.

One record, one source of truth

Before

  • Loan status lives in a spreadsheet
  • Documents scattered across inboxes
  • Status updates asked for over chat
  • Reporting rebuilt by hand each week

After

  • One record per file, one source of truth
  • Documents attached to the loan they belong to
  • Stage changes visible without asking
  • Reporting reads from live data

Built with Next.js, Supabase, role-based access, internal HR module

Point of sale and operations for my own cafe

I own this one

Juu Roku Coffee House, Cagayan de Oro. Built it because I needed it.

Useful context for anyone hiring me: I run a small business too. I have been the owner looking at an inquiry from three hours ago with no time to answer it, and the one reconciling sales at midnight. That is a different perspective than someone who has only ever built for other people.

Orders priced and totalled as they land

Before

  • Orders written on paper
  • Stock counted from memory
  • Sales totalled at the end of the night

After

  • Orders entered once, priced automatically
  • Stock tracked as it moves
  • Daily numbers available without adding anything up

Built with React, Convex, receipt printing

How I work

Scoped, not open ended

Fixed price and a defined deliverable for the first project. You see the thing working before either of us commits to anything ongoing.

Your afternoon, live

I work a night shift here, which puts me online 2pm to 8pm US Eastern. Your afternoons are covered in real time, not answered the next morning.

Documented so you own it

Every build ships with documentation your team can follow. The system should keep running whether or not I am still on it.
